Multiple Language Support 

We design web page in multiple languages including Spanish, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese.  If you have questions that you need answers in one of  these languages, please email us at sales@net4sb.com with your phone number and specify the language you prefer.  Response will be made via either email or phone in your language by the specialist who  has both technical and language quality.  No additional charge will occur.

Preventive Maintenance Service vs. Emergency Service

Proactive operating system tuning, data backup, and hardware monitoring preempt most problems while relationships with hardware vendors provide quick remedies for those that cannot be foreseen.  It would help you reduce or eliminate downtime and unplanned outages.  For the customer who subscribes prescheduled preventive maintenance service with annually contract, we provide free 8 X 7 technical supports via phone and e-mail.  We will dispatch one of our field service engineers who may be most familiar with your system to your site if we cannot resolve the situation via telephone support or remote diagnostics.  All emergency visits are covered under the fixed contract fee.  You'll know exactly what you're going to spend regardless of the number of emergency situations that arise.

Emergency on-site service best fits the business with full-time computer specialist on site.  In the situation that supplementary expertise is needed, our engineer would be on site to assist.  We offer 4-hour and same-day response service to all businesses.  2-hour turn-around on-site service is also available at different rate.  During peak season, length of response may vary depending upon field engineer's work load.
